We manufacture Copper Winding Wires since a decade
and being supplied to reputed submersible pump motors
manufacturers (O.E.Ms) throughout India and also
export to Afro Asian countries . Following types
are manufactured.
PVC
Insulated Winding Wires
The PVC insulated winding wire is being manufactured
with specially developed compound which can withstand
voltage fluctuations and has very high insulation
resistance even at elevated temperatures.
Wrapped Winding Wires
These wires are being manufactured by wrapping process
using synthetic films. These type of wires have
outstanding electrical; mechanical and chemical
properties and can withstand water abrasion and
frictional losses, saves space/size cost and work
in all type of weather conditions, in water filled
submersible motors.

We
carry out the following tests:
Checking the elongation and tensile strength of
copper wire and P.V.C. covering.
Checking the insulation resistance and volume
resistivity at room temp and elevated temp of 90
deg C
Checking copper wire resistance
Hot deformation; heat shock test and shrinkage
tests are carried out regularly to check the quality
and behavior at higher temperature
Aging test for PVC insulation is done for 168
hours at 135 deg C to check the quality of insulation
High voltage and meggar test: It is the most important
test and carried out 100% on each and every coil
after immersing the coil in water for 1
2 hrs.
Leakage current and charging current tests are
carried out and value is measured in Plain water
and saline water.
We
carry out continuous improvement programs in the
processes. Complete System is as per I.S.O9001-2000
which ensures, consistency, reliability and customers
